Program de Formation d’Ingénieurs d’Excellence au Vietnam

ccording to the Education Cooperation Agreement between the Government of Vietnam and the government of France, the high-quality engineer training program in Vietnam (PFIEV) was established in 1999 in four schools: National University of Civil Engineering (NUCE), Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Da Nang University of Science and Technology and Ho Chi Minh City University of Science and Technology.

To consult the program's activities, a consortium of major French universities was established including the National School of Bridges and Roads of Paris, the National Institute for Applied Sciences, electronics, hydraulic power and telecommunications of Toulouse, National University of Telecommunication of Bretagne and Lycée Louis le Grand University.

Financially, PFIEV is funded by Vietnam and France Government.
